Our one-hour call is designed to help you love yourself and raise your vibrational energy both individually and as a group, with the ultimate goal of transforming our world. Please note that during this call, all participants will be muted to allow for a peaceful and distraction-free experience.

Just relax, follow the instructions, and embrace the present moment. This call is an opportunity for us to work out our inner muscles, co-create our outer lives, and tap into the collective energy of one mind and one heart. By doing so, we can create a boomerang ripple effect that transforms not only ourselves but also the world around us.

To set the mood and enhance your experience, we recommend finding a quiet space with no distractions for the duration of the call. You may also choose to place a calming fragrance in the air, light a candle, or engage in any other activity that helps you be fully present in the moment.

Whether you choose to sit or lie down, please ensure that you are comfortable and prepared to relax. We do ask that you refrain from driving or operating any equipment during the call, as it is important to prioritize your safety and well-being.
